Who We Are

FB Investments was born from the partnership between Bruno Silva and Francisco Alves, longtime friends and today partners in a business they chose to build from the ground up.

Before real estate, their paths ran through quite different areas — Bruno holds a degree in Sports Science, and Francisco is a mechanical engineer. That mix of backgrounds shaped the way they work today: two partners with different training, but the same full commitment to every project.

Their move into real estate happened naturally: after repeatedly hearing success stories tied to the sector, and recognizing the market's steady growth, they decided to try it themselves. They enjoyed it so much — the process of turning a run-down property into something with real value — that they decided to professionalize what had started as personal deals, founding FB Investments on August 18, 2025.

Today, Bruno and Francisco share the same responsibilities — raising capital, evaluating opportunities, managing investor relations, and overseeing each project from start to finish.
